What hair textures are available for blūm hair?
blūm offers a range of textures to complement diverse hair types:
Onye (Kinky Coils): Tightly coiled texture with springy, kinky coils (4C-4B)
Silva (Coily): Defined spiral coils with kinky texture as a base (4B-4A)
Staci (Coily, Curly): S-shaped springy curls with a hint of corkscrew spirals (3C-3B)
Gene (Loose Curls): Loose, elongated curls with a wavy appearance (3B-3A)
Rani(Kinky Blowout) : Sleek Kinky blowout texture
Dio (Silk Press) : Smooth, straight, silk press texture
What color options are available for blūm hair?
All blūm hair extensions, blūm wigs, Boundless Bundles, ponytails and wefts are chemical free which causes them to vary from medium to dark brown in color.
How should I store my blūm hair when not in use?
When not in use, store your hair extensions in a cool, dry place like your blūm Beauty Tote, and blūm Beauty Clutch.
What kind of hair is blūm?
All blūm hair is 100% chemical free virgin human hair.
Can I color my blūm extensions?
Yes, blūm hair can be colored. We recommend performing a strand test first when coloring your extensions.
Can I apply heat to my blūm extensions?
Yes, you can. If using a blow dryer, we recommend using a low-heat setting. When using heat styling tools like flat irons, always apply a heat protectant and as low a heat setting as possible.
What lengths are available for blūm hair extensions?
All blūm hair is available in the lengths of 14”, 22” and 28”.
What is your Return Policy?
Please email customer care and a customer service representative will assist you. We will issue you a Product Return Authorization which is needed to process any returns. Returns without the proper documentation are not authorized. blūm Beauties will be responsible for any shipping costs related to all Exchanges / Returns (in addition to a restocking fee of $25). As with all purchases we recommend purchasing the package insurance for your return package. After we have received the returned product- our product specialist will examine the hair, and issue your store credit (minus any associated shipping costs).
Do store credits expire?
You are free to use your store credit for a year after being issued. You may use your store credit in conjunction with promotional offers.
What form of payment do we accept?
All major credit cards and Paypal for secure payment and transactions.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently blūm ships to the Continental U.S only.
How can I track my order?
After completing your purchase, an email confirmation will be sent to you with your shipping and tracking information where you will be able to follow and track the status of your order. We recommend purchasing insurance to protect your package.
I never got my tracking information for my order? What should I do?
We are currently only taking pre-orders. All pre-orders will begin shipping December 1st. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your package has been processed and is on its way to you. After receiving your shipping notification please allow 7- 10 business days for your item to arrive.
I want to change my shipping address. What can I do?
If you have entered and verified the wrong shipping address we suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier. Once your address is submitted we are unable to modify any shipping information. If further assistance is required, we will do our absolute best to help. Please contact us at orders@blumbyteyonah.com.
How long before I receive my order?
We are currently only taking pre-orders. All pre-orders will begin shipping December 1, 2024. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your package has been processed and is on its way to you. After receiving your shipping notification please allow 7- 10 business days for your item to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my purchase?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we understand that it is hard to completely determine the nuances of hair texture over a website. With that in mind, we will gladly exchange any eligible products. Weft hair and clip-ins can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original bindings, hairnet and tagged.This means they should be untouched - no washing, installing, or styling.
What is the blūm return policy?
blūm does not offer refunds. We are happy to consider exchanges of wefts and clip-ins, within 14 days of purchase, as long as all hair is still in its original bindings, hairnets, and tagged. All wigs, ponytails, and Boundless Bundles are final sale.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. blūm clip-Ins and wefts can be exchanged if still in their original bindings, hairnet, and tags. Be sure not to wash, comb, finger comb, or excessively handle any products before thoroughly examining to ensure an approved exchange or refund, should you require one. Due to health standards we are unable to return or exchange any wigs, ponytails, or boundless bundles.
