First off. It feels amazing to have added hair in my head by a black owned business. The clips come as expected. They’re so soft and can run your fingers through it. I’ve noticed that when it starts to get fizzy or tangled a good wash helps it reset. The color is more of a 2 so under direct light it might not blend as well. But the average person will not noticed. I’ll definitely be buying this product again. I got the 14inch which hits about shoulder length. Wonderful product.

All blūm hair is 100% chemical-free human hair.

What lengths are available for blūm hair extensions?

All blūm hair is available in the lengths of 14”, 22” and 28”.

blūm Boundless Bundles are offered in 14" and 24" lengths.

What hair textures are available for blūm hair?

blūm offers a range of textures to complement diverse hair types:

Onye (Kinky Coils): Tightly coiled texture with springy, kinky coils (4C-4B) 

Silva (Coily): Defined spiral coils with kinky texture as a base (4B-4A)

Staci (Coily, Curly): S-shaped springy curls with a hint of corkscrew spirals (3C-3B)

Gene (Loose Curls): Loose, elongated curls with a wavy appearance (3B-3A) 

Rani(Kinky Blowout): Sleek Kinky blowout texture

Dio (Silk Press): Smooth, straight, silk press texture

Is blūm Hair Safe to Color?

Yes, you can color blūm hair. We recommend that you perform a strand test first when you color your extensions.  

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. 

What is your Black Friday return policy?

For our black friday sale, blūm clip-ins and wefts can be exchanged if still in their original bindings, hairnet, and tags. Make sure not to wash, comb, finger-comb, or excessively handle any products for your products to qualify for exchange or return.  We do not return or exchange any ponytails, wigs, or boundless bundles.

Can I exchange my purchase from the sale?

Yes, you can. Weft hair and clip-ins purchased during BFCM can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The products must be in their original bindings, hairnet, and still have their tags attached. You should not wash, install, or style the hair if you want to exchange it. 

How can I track my Black Friday order?

After you’ve made your purchase for Black Friday, a confirmation will be sent to your email with shipping and tracking information. You’ll be able to follow and track the status of your order. To fully protect your package, we recommend purchasing insurance. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

You will receive a shipping notification via email when your package has been processed and is on its way to you. You can expect your item to arrive within 7- 10 business days after receiving your shipping notification.
