Shipping and Returns Policy

blūm Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. blūm clip-ins and wefts can be exchanged within 14 days if still in their original bindings, hairnet, and tags. Be sure not to wash, comb, finger comb, or excessively handle any products before thoroughly examining to ensure an approved exchange or refund, should you require one. Due to health standards, we are unable to return or exchange any wigs, ponytails, or boundless bundles.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Contact us via email at returns@blumByTeyonah.com.
  2. Provide pictures of the item for initial evaluation of eligibility.

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to determine if the item is eligible for a refund or exchange.

Customer-Initiated Returns:

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for:

  1. Covering the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
  2. Using a carrier that provides tracking and sharing the tracking number with us.

blūm assumes no responsibility for misplaced or lost packages during the return process. Responsibility begins only once the package is received at our facility. Any disputes or issues with shipping must be handled directly with your chosen carrier.

Return Due to Unsatisfactory Product or Experience:

In the event of an approved return due to dissatisfaction with the product:

  • A $20 restocking fee will be applied.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred when the item was originally sent.

For Exchanges/Store Credit:

Thinking of a different texture? We’re here to help! Our wefted hair and clip-ins are eligible for exchange. If you’re considering an exchange for any eligible pieces, it's essential to keep the extensions as pristine as the day they arrived. Do not treat, wash, style, excessively handle, or remove any bindings, hairnets, or tags if an exchange is needed.

Final Sale Items:

Wigs, Ponytails, and blūm Boundless Bundles are Final Sale and yours to keep once purchased.

Shipping

Signature Requirement:

All packages require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will hold the package at an access point for 3-5 days. If the package is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be returned to us.

If a package is returned to our facility, the customer is responsible for:

  1. Any return shipping fees incurred by us.
  2. The new cost of shipping to send the package out again.

Tracking:

You can view the status of your shipment using your tracking number. We are not responsible for packages not picked up from the access point or any fees related to the return or re-shipment of the package.
